I had spent almost a year researching homes, locations, etc. in Florida, found a realtor on line in Florida and bought plane tickets for myself and my wife to go and meet the realtor (who shall remain nameless) in mid July 2009. We were hoping to move in September/October after I retired from the police department. Upon arriving at the airport, there was no word from the realtor, he left us a voicemail message telling us he couldn't meet with us, but had a few places that were open houses. Maybe we would like to go see some of them on our own. Imagine how annoyed you would be after making plans to fly 1200 miles to meet someone and they ditched you.
So here we were on our own, nothing lined up to see. We found a few things on the internet that were open houses and the first one we went to we met a really nice Realtor/Broker, Graham Wells. He told us he would help us out the very next day by taking us to see numerous properties, and other areas as he sensed we were looking more for a real neighborhood rather than a resort area where this open house was. He showed us several different areas, helped us to find the perfect house for us and then turned us over to Jonathan Himmelwright for financing. Jonathan was just as helpful as Graham and made our home buying experience a plus. Our luck changed upon meeting Graham. We are happy homeowners in Florida now. In addition, while taking care of all of our needs, Graham also took charge of finding new home sales for my brother and sister-in-law in the very next town. No matter what your needs are, he is right there with all the information you need, honest and forthright. As you can see, I recommended him to my own family members. Both Graham and Jonathan took care of all of our needs via phone, fax and internet while we remained in NJ through settlement. I hope that if anyone is considering moving to Florida, that they first contact Graham Wells of Loop Realty.

Elena Cottrell was the best decision I made in selling my home. She is very knowledgeable regarding the value of homes in my area and in pricing my home. She was available to me 24/7 and held my hand through out the entire process and whenever I got stressed out. Elena really marketed my house and got it SOLD. As an overseas buyer living in the UK I went house hunting in Florida with some trepidation. I searched the web for a realtor to help me and Graham Wells’s website offered a good spread of homes, especially his featured home was well presented and attractive. Elena Cottrell is definitely the Realtor of choice! Someone you can count on. You don't have to call her to ask questions because she would communicate with us on a weekly basis. We also knew that we could call her at any time. She was always on top of what we needed to do to get our home sold! Elena would even come to our home and prep our house for us if we were not available before any showings to make sure it looked it's very best. We loved her straight forwardness, no dancing around,and at all times she was professional!
